CIRQUA is run by Shannon Palme, a graphic designer by training and self-taught WordPress developer. With over 10 years in the industry Shannon has helped dozens of clients develop their identities and get their presence out on the web. She has a bachelor’s degree in multimedia and graphic design from Champlain College and is active in the WordPress community.
